Yacht is a unique place on Lake Murray.  To be close to downtown Columbia, Harbison, where all the shopping is, and to be in a lake community is unheard of.  There are almost 400 units in Yacht Cove and plenty to do for everyone.  There are tennis courts, pool, clubhouse and of course the lake.  Twenty bucks is all that is takes to keep your boat in the water, which is cheaper to than it would cost in dry storage somewhere. (last checked there was a waiting list)

Yacht Cove is a great place to live and it seems to have an active social presence and sense of community.
